Update on Josue

This past week Josue had his sixth surgery.
He is two and a half years old now.
Josue was eating well before his surgery.
He likes showing off for us.
Quietly playing while we chatted with his parents.
Josue and his parents slept at our house so that
they could catch the early bus for Guatemala City.
A team of urological doctors from the States did the surgery.
The doctors are donating a month to serve the people here.
Galen was surprised when a doctor talked with him in English.
He had called to explain what had been done for Josue.
Three days after surgery pictured above Josue is still smiling for us.
Josue will need to make another trip to Guatemala City
to see the surgeon before he leaves for the States.
Unfortunately more surgery will be required in the future.
Josue is doing so well because he feels loved
by his parents who take such good care of him.
Your prayers are being answered for his healing.
Thank you!
