Trip to Cahabon

Early morning we viewed the flooded rivers in Carcha

and wondered if we would be able to travel to Cahabon.

Clouds hung over the valley

The river in Lanquin didn’t flood the road.

Another muddy river under a walking bridge.

In Cahabon we visited and prayed for Pedro who was sick.

At the Nueva Esperanza mission,

Phyllis played with the children.

While the women were busy in the church kitchen.

The little children entertained younger ones      

What a clever way to keep a child in one place.
