We have known Frederico and Marta for many years
and developed a close relationship with them through the years.
They have two sons, Dennis and Josue.
Josue was born with a birth defect and had surgery for a colostomy at birth.
Frederico and Marta have been in Guatemala City with their son, Josue,
for the past month awaiting more surgical repair for their son.
Monday they plan to operate for the second time in two weeks.
Dennis stayed at home with his grandparents.
